We’re Hiring: Project Planner – Nuclear Sector Stone, UK | Full-time | Hybrid working available Capula (part of the Dalkia Group) is a leader in advanced system integration, delivering critical projects across energy, water, renewables, and manufacturing. We’re looking for a Project Planner to support our operations in the nuclear sector, helping deliver multi-million-pound turnkey solutions using PLC/SCADA technology. What You’ll Do: Lead planning activities using Primavera P6 Support project controls, reporting, and resource allocation Liaise with internal teams, clients, and suppliers Assist with delay analysis, compensation events, and forensic planning Coach others in planning tools and best practices ✅ What You’ll Bring: Strong experience with Primavera P6 and NEC3/4 contracts Familiarity with CEMAR , delay claims, and impact programmes Excellent organisational and communication skills Commercial awareness and risk management experience Comfortable in IT/control system environments Eligible for SC clearance Desirable Skills: Earned Value Analysis, S-curves, cost planning Supply chain and logistics coordination MS Project experience and consolidated reporting What We Offer: 28 days holiday bank holidays Flexible working & private healthcare Pension, life assurance & mental health support Cycle to work & green car schemes Support for professional registration (IEng, CEng) We’re committed to inclusion and welcome applications from all backgrounds.
