Site Manager – Industrial Services / Process Engineering Location: Southwest – Devon Rate/Salary: £250-£300pd Vehicle / Allowance Benefits Site Manager required to lead delivery on a large multi-building food production facility . Working with a specialist industrial engineering contractor, you’ll manage site activities, subcontractors, and safety compliance on a complex live site, operating under CDM regulations . Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring safe, compliant delivery across multiple trades. Manage and review RAMS , permits to work , site audits , and H&S documentation . Coordinate multi-trade subcontractors (M&E, refrigeration, HVAC, civils). Liaise closely with the client and project team to maintain progress and resolve site issues. Conduct inductions, toolbox talks, and ensure full adherence to company and CDM standards. You Should Have: SMSTS certification (essential). Experience managing sites under CDM . Background in industrial refrigeration, HVAC, M&E , or process engineering . Strong understanding of H&S, site documentation, and contractor coordination. Confident leadership and communication skills with a proactive, hands-on approach. This is a key site-based role within a major ongoing project running through Summer 2026 with continued ongoing work . Ideal for a Site Manager who thrives in fast-paced, technical industrial environments.
