Taylor Woodrow, a trusted provider of infrastructure and civil engineering solutions, is seeking a driven Contracts Manager to join our highways team in Hull. The successful candidate will lead contract delivery on a major highways project, ensuring safety, quality, and performance at every stage. Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of contracts, ensuring alignment with programme, cost, quality, and H&S targets. Oversee contract negotiations and manage subcontractor agreements. Monitor site progress, resolve disputes, and uphold quality standards. Collaborate with project managers, site teams, and clients to ensure seamless operations. Conduct regular contract reviews and performance evaluations. Promote and enforce Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) standards across all projects. What We Are Looking For Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the construction industry, ideally within highways. Strong working knowledge of NEC 4 contracts. Demonstrated ability to implement HSEQ procedures and lead incident investigations. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office/Excel.
