Job Description Job Description Position: Service Manger Location: York, PA Job Summary: We are a well-established design/build industrial refrigeration contractor actively searching for Service Manager to add to our team. Primary responsibilities: Communicate and coordinate with customer Supervision and dispatch of Field Service Technicians Coordination of material, parts, and information to field Manage service contracts and agreements Provide customer with reports and quotes as needed Provide technical support to Technicians and customers Other duties as assigned by Manager Requirements: Strong work ethic Strong communication skills Great customer services skills Strong knowledge of industrial refrigeration equipment and components. Ability to multi-task in face pace environments Valid driver’s license with a solid driving record Work well with others Physically able to lift objects up to fifty pounds Some weekend and holiday work will be required Benefits: We offer competitive compensation based on qualifications and performance.
