We are hiring motivated and reliable Mitigation Technicians to join our team. Key Responsibilities You will work under the direction of Senior Technicians to execute all phases of emergency mitigation and clean-up: Emergency Response: Assist with water extraction, rapid structural drying, and initial containment setup. Demolition & Cleanup: Safely perform selective demolition, debris removal, and site cleanup following water or mold incidents. Equipment Management: Set up, monitor, and maintain specialized drying and air quality equipment. Logistics: Ensure company tools and vehicles are clean, organized, and properly stocked for job site readiness. What We’re Looking For Reliability: Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic. Physical Stamina: Ability to lift $20$ lbs and work effectively in physically demanding, hands-on environments (e.g., confined spaces, varying temperatures). Teamwork: A proactive team player with a willingness to learn technical skills and follow instruction. Must Have: Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation. Why Join EPR?
