Schedule Day 4x10-Hour shifts between the hours of 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with weekends as needed. Call may be required. Job Description The Cardiac Cath Lab Tech will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of cardiac catheterization procedures, including patient monitoring, equipment setup, and maintaining a sterile environment. The candidate should demonstrate expertise in recognizing life-threatening arrhythmias and have experience in various cardiac interventions. Responsibilities Accurate monitoring of patients during procedures. Setup of necessary equipment and prep of access sites. Perform EKG lead placement and maintain a sterile field while scrubbing. Act as a room circulator and assist in various cardiac procedures. Recognition and interpretation of dysrhythmias. Assist with advanced procedures such as cardiac stent placement, ECP, and various implant devices. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure A minimum of 2 years of experience in a cardiac cath lab setting. Current ACLS and BLS certifications required.
