The L&D Specialist is responsible for delivering learning initiatives that support employee growth and align with business goals. This role ensures the development of skills, capabilities, and career paths through effective training programs, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and performance across the organization. Key Responsibilities Support the identification of training needs in collaboration with the global team, while also detecting local team‑specific development requirements. Coordinate the logistics of training activities, both in‑person and online. Assist in the selection and management of external training providers. Provide support in managing online learning platforms (LMS) and help keep training content up to date. Monitor attendance and gather participant feedback to assess satisfaction and effectiveness. Contribute to the preparation of reports on training activities and outcomes. Manage documentation related to training subsidies through FUNDAE (if applicable). Benefits Permanent contract. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint). Strong interest in continuous learning and professional development. Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills. English level: B2. Spanish C1 minimum.
