You bring at least 3 years of experience in a similar logistics leadership role and have a proven ability to manage daily operations efficiently. We need a proactive, enthusiastic, and flexible person with strong leadership and motivational skills. Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written) are essential for this Logistics Team Leader position. Proven experience as a Logistics Team Leader or in a similar leadership role. You ensure that daily logistics processes run smoothly and efficiently while fostering a safe and positive work environment. A typical day involves guiding your team, improving workflows, and monitoring performance to ensure targets are met. Your main responsibilities include: Managing team performance and driving employee growth through coaching, training, and feedback. Creating and maintaining a safe, productive, and engaging workplace for your team. Continuously improving logistical workflows by identifying bottlenecks and implementing smart solutions to boost efficiency and productivity.
