Construction Manager CAPEX

Functieomschrijving We are seeking a results-driven Construction Manager to lead the execution of capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects across our facilities. This role is critical in ensuring the successful delivery of complex construction initiatives, from planning through commissioning, while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and cost control. Functie-eisen • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience managing industrial construction CAPEX projects. • Proven track record of safely delivering projects on time. • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills with all stakeholder levels.
