Pay Information $2,839 per week About The Position Job Title: Case Management RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Case Manager Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: 2 years required License: Oregon State License or proof of Oregon License application/fingerprints required Certifications: BLS, CCM (Preferred) Must-Have: Travelers are required to complete any education assigned within one week of assignment. Clinician may float within the scope to meet facility needs. No refusal to float as requested will result in a cancellation of the contract. Cannot reside within 50 miles of any facility. Finalized requests for time off must be included with submission. No requests for time off within the first week of the start date. Maximum of 7 days of requests for time off per assignment. Description: The Case Management RN role consists of working daytime shifts from Monday to Friday. The hours for each shift are from 08:00 to 16:30. No weekend shifts or on-call responsibilities are required. The position requires 2 years of relevant experience. First-time travelers are accepted. Candidates must have current BLS certification, and CCM certification is preferred. It is essential to have experience with charting systems. Travel experience is a plus but not mandatory. A reference from a charge nurse, supervisor, or manager is required with submission. The role involves discharge planning and care coordination. Epic experience is required for this position. Candidates must not have any felony hits in their background. Travelers must include a traveler statement with their submission. Modules and testing may be required before starting the role. If the RN does not pass the Epic Test Out Module, a training course may need to be completed. This course will not incur charges to the facility.
