Job Description Job Description Position : Family Law Attorney Location : Mount Laurel, NJ(Onsite) Duration : Full time & Direct Hire Job Description: We are looking to hire family law attorneys/Partners (throughout New Jersey) to join our growing firm. In this position, you will have the opportunity to actively participate in the firm and work closely with other attorneys, paralegals, and administrators. Requirements: Prepare Family Law related documents including pleadings and correspondence. Provide legal counsel and strategy to clients by analyzing their needs and determining the proper course of action. Represent clients in court. Must be prepared to step in and handle pieces of existing family law cases; as well as handle new cases as part of a team, from initial consultation to trial. Qualifications Must be admitted to practice in New Jersey. Minimum of 4 years of family law experience but more experience preferred. Can handle own caseload with independent decision making and has some trial experience. Strong written, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Must be self-motivated and organized. Excellent research skills. An existing book of business is a plus, but not required.
