About the Role Are you passionate about optimizing production processes and driving operational excellence? Join our team as a Industrial Engineering Senior Specialist , reporting directly to the Industrial Engineering Manager. You’ll play a key role in improving efficiency and supporting continuous improvement initiatives on a dedicated production line. Key Responsibilities Prepare routings and identify sub‑phases Define cycle times, describe phases, and perform task element clocking Analyze component feeding and prepare OPL/SOP documentation Design, select, procure, and train on tools for material presentation and production Design processes for standard logistic handling units Organize materials at the line side Balance production lines using WCM (World Class Manufacturing) methods Analyze and implement kaizen activities to reduce Non‑Value‑Adding Activities (NVA) Key Competencies CAD (Basic) Time & Methods studies (Advanced) Clocking methods for standard time definition (Advanced) SAP (preferred) Lean/WCM (Intermediate) Innovation‑oriented and entrepreneurial mind‑set Problem solving and flexibility Time management and goal oriented, ability to manage time and consistently meet deadlines Analytical and planning skills KPIs Continuous project running cost reduction Efficiency of new lines What We’re Looking For Experience in time & methods, lines balancing, activities related to design/selection/procurement and training on tools Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment Proactive approach to contacting suppliers and expediting shipments Strong analytical and organisational skills What We Offer Opportunity to work in a WCM Silver Awarded Plant, professional growth and career advancement Exposure in a multinational company, top player in the market Dynamic and collaborative work environment, continuous training and development programs Smart working policy We are committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all people, by offering a work environment accessible, welcoming and inclusive in compliance with legal obligations.
