Proposal Engineer – Ravenna Studio Mantini, a recruitment company based in Forlì, is looking for a Proposal Engineer for a client in the Oil & Gas‑Offshore sector. Identify and contact subcontractors for integration and preparation of technical tender documentation. Provide technical support for bid preparation, developing installation methodologies. Key Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering. Excellent knowledge of English (C1). Good competence in technical drawing software (AutoCAD, SolidEdge, SolidWorks). At least 2–3 years of engineering experience with a focus on technical‑commercial roles.
