A Day in the Life Medtronic Integrated Health Solutions, established over ten years ago, partners with hospitals to improve operational efficiency and drive transformational change focusing on catheterization labs, operating rooms, care pathways, and team development. Reporting to the Operations Director at the NGC Medical office in Turate (CO), the Supply Chain Analyst supports the Integrated Health Solutions business in Italy by optimizing and supporting supply chain processes, analysing data, and providing actionable insights to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure product availability. This role collaborates with procurement, logistics, planning, and production teams to streamline operations and maintain high service levels. The position requires working in the NGC Medical office in Turate (Como) 3 days a week, offering significant flexibility. Responsibilities Collect, analyse, and interpret supply chain data (inventory, logistics, procurement, and demand planning). Develop and maintain supply chain models, dashboards, and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs). Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement and cost savings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement supply chain solutions and best practices. Support forecasting and demand planning activities. Monitor supplier performance and support supplier relationship management. Assist in the implementation of new supply chain technologies and systems. Prepare regular reports and presentations for management. Required Knowledge and Experience Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, Engineering, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems). Excellent communication and organizational abilities. 1-3 years’ experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations are preferred.
