Position Overview Junior Lawyer – Generalist role covering contracts, corporate law, labor law, civil & labor litigation, regulatory matters, and data protection for the Latin America region. The role includes support for administrative activities and will collaborate with internal teams and clients. Responsibilities Review, draft, and negotiate contracts. Support corporate routines (company formation, amendments, minutes, registrations). Assist with advisory and litigation matters in civil and labor law. Monitor deadlines and organize procedural workflows. Support regulatory and privacy/data protection analyses. Manage relationships with partner law firms (outside counsel), including task allocation, scope alignment, deadlines, and quality control. Produce clear and precise reports and internal communications. Collaborate with internal teams and clients, maintaining a proactive attitude, sense of priority, and attention to detail. Qualifications Law degree, registered with the OAB/SP. Previous experience in contracts and corporate law. Excellent writing and communication skills. Strong organization, commitment to deadlines, and a willingness for continuous learning. Knowledge of labor law will be considered a plus. Advanced English with strong writing and oral communication skills (Spanish will be a plus).
