Chiesi Corporate Functions The Corporate Functions drive and support the Group’s business operations. They include Global Finance, Global Procurement, Global ICT, Global Human Resources, Global Legal, Compliance & IP, and Global Communications & Public Affairs. The Transformation Office ensures strategic alignment and a customer‑centric, data‑driven approach. The Strategy, Sustainability & Growth Department defines the One Chiesi Strategy and allocates resources for long‑term, sustainable value. This is what you will do Joining the Global Tax Team, you will support the company’s financial development and growth by contributing to effective and compliant transfer pricing strategies in a dynamic international environment. You will be responsible for TP remuneration and TP adjustment processes, including Group target setting Group TP adjustment process: supervising P&L by transaction workflows from affiliates, challenging their allocations and responsiveness; managing the internal auditor activities with affiliates to obtain audit opinions within Group deadlines; Intercompany flows: mark‑up/remuneration assessment and transfer price impacts on IC agreement, supervising workflows from affiliates related to year‑end TP list publication and acknowledgement letter; BAPA/APA: support in managing compliance requirements of existing agreements with tax authorities and the process for new agreements; Group TP calendar and documentation: support preparation of Group Master File, Country by Country Report (CbCR), Pillar II report, and Intercompany Matching files; Provide updates on legislation impacts on Chiesi case, collect affiliate data and qualitative information, coordinate consultants, ensure filing timelines are respected, and support possible IT evolutions; TP Committee decisions: advance proposals and relevant documentation, schedule meetings and keep records; Support special projects, helping define appropriate pricing or during the set‑up of new affiliates; In close cooperation with HR (Int’l Mobility), Legal and M&A/Int’l Tax Lead, support the IC process on the Group International Mobility management and provide necessary information for the Tax Control Framework; Collaborate with Int’l & M&A Leads and Tax Italy colleagues on cross‑functional tasks and projects. You will need to have Degree in Economics or Law At least 3/4 years in relevant tax positions or a controlling role, with exposure to Tax/TP concepts Fluent in English; good command of Italian is a plus Organizational skills Proactivity We would prefer for you to have Technical in‑depth knowledge of the main TP topics Knowledge of the basic principles of controlling (e.g. allocations, KPIs etc.) Familiarity with main international tax topics Location The position is based in Parma, with the possibility of remote work.
