Engineer: Bid Submissions Specialist

Drive the entire bid and tender process for high-value technical and commercial proposals as a Bid Submission Specialist. In this senior role, you will coordinate multidisciplinary inputs, ensure compliance and quality of submissions, and translate complex engineering details into compelling, client-focused documents. You should have a bachelors degree in engineering, project management, or a related field plus at least 3 to 5 years experience coordinating bids within engineering, construction, or infrastructure. Excellent project management, technical writing, and stakeholder engagement skills are essential to succeed in this fast-paced environment.
