Most of their projects are local, and they have a long history and reputation in the markets they service. They are currently underway with a large multifamily project in Anderson and have more work coming up in the area. Responsibilities Help manage field operations of new construction apartment/multifamily builds from 100 - 300 units. Manage sub-contractors Provide timely status reports to stakeholders. Build mutually beneficial relationships and work closely with owners, architects, engineers, subs, field staff, and office staff. Qualifications At least 2 years in construction 3 years' experience on multifamily projects, garden style preferred. Experience with subcontractors in the Southeast.
